Thank you for shopping at Dream Pet Essentials. We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.
Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Products shipped from U.S.-based fulfillment locations: approximately 3–5 business days after shipment.
- Products shipped from other fulfillment locations: approximately 10–15 business days after shipment. These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Multiple Packages Orders containing multiple products may ship separately with different tracking numbers and carriers. This does not mean an item is missing.
Tracking Tracking information will be provided when available. It may take a few business days to show movement after a label is created.
Shipping Delays Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Undelivered Packages If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us. We will investigate and may issue a replacement or refund if the shipment qualifies as lost.
Shipping Address Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot modify addresses once an order has shipped.
